We are proud to announce Home Encounter has been selected by the Board of Directors to provide professional community association management as of April 1, 2016.
City of Tampa app makes it easy to request service, report potholes

In addition to requesting service and staying connected, customers can now pay utility bills on the City of Tampa's mobile app.  But many use it to let the city know about holes in the streets.

Recycling Rally
Thursday, February 23rd, 7:30 AM - 2:00PM at Verizon 7701 E. Telecom Parkway, Temple Terrace, FL
Bring your unwanted electronics and other items from home to support the Recycling Rally.

The event will be free and open to the public so tell your friends and neighbors.

All participants will be eligible for a free giveaway at the event!
Below is a list of items you can bring in:
  • Laptop computers*
  • Desktop computers*
  • LCD and CRT Monitors
  • Televisions
  • Computer cables, mice & keyboards
  • Gaming consoles
  • Telephones & answering machines
  • Stereo & audio equipment
  • Paper shredders
  • Aluminum cans
  • Alarm clocks
  • Printers
  • Cameras
  • Conferencing equipment
  • Remote controls
  • Earphones
  • Small electronic appliances**
  • Electronic toys
  • Plastics
  • Cell phones and accessories***
  • Glass
  • Vacuum cleaners
* Hard drives will not be wiped
** Coffee makers, toasters, toaster ovens, can openers, etc.
*** Cell phones, cell phone batteries and accessories will be donated to HopeLine

Saturday, April 1st, 8am-12pm
Residents wishing to participate can sell their items from their driveways.
