If time allows at the end of the meeting, the Board will hear comments/input from any observer.   Call to Order will be at 7:00 PM, please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior   Board of Director meetings are open to observation by all homeowners in Richmond Place. If you wish to submit a topic for discussion please contact the Board, or University Properties, at least 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting so that time will be available for your purpose.
