| Tampa restricts lawn watering to one day per week |

Citing drier-than-normal conditions, the city of Tampa water department has restricted customers to watering their lawns only once a week. Water department director Brad Baird said the restriction is a result of a declaration by the Southwest Florida Water Management District.

| On Street Parking Complaints |

We continue to receive numerous complaints regarding Vehicles parked on Streets within our Community. Please be advised that Parking on streets within the Community creates safety hazards, not only for Children playing, but for Emergency Vehicles too.
If you observe Vehicles parked on the Street overnight or in a un-safe manner please contact the Tampa Police Department's NON EMERGENCY Number at (813) 231-6130. They will come out and Ticket or Tow the Vehicle if warranted. You may report anonymously.
