Call for 2010 Board Nominations

The current Board would like to ask all Homeowners to consider involving themselves in the community and nominating yourself or another individual to serve on the Board. Board members act in good faith and in the best interests of the Community working toward maintaining and improving property values and promoting community spirit.
The day-to-day operations associated with our Community are handled by our Property Management Company, University Properties, Inc. The Board consists of five members elected annually and meets once per month to review the Financial Health and conduct other relevant Community business. Its important to note that failure to seat Board Members will result in State intervention and potentially additional cost to Homeowners to fund a State assigned overseer.
If you have not already received your Nomination Form or have misplaced it, please contact University Properties, Inc. for a replacement form. Nominations are due DECEMBER 9, 2009.
In addition to the Board Members nominations, the newly elected Board will ask for Volunteers to staff the following Committees:
- Architectural Review Committee
- Pool & Parks
- Social Committee
The Committee's also play an important role in our Community and Volunteers are needed to staff them please consider volunteering for one if you cannot serve as a Board Member.
