this closure was delayed from last weekend AND is subject to change – we will notify via our website only should that happen.  During the closure plan to enter & exit our Community via Highwoods Preserve Pkwy and Galbraith Rd. or Stockton Ave.

 

Obviously this closure will increase the amount of traffic within our Community – we ask that everyone please observe the posted speed limits (25 mph) and be aware of the increase in Traffic.

 

During the closure we ask Homeowners and their Guests to make every effort to provide safe and unobstructed passage on the streets within the Community and DO NOT park on the streets.  Parking on the streets in our Community continues to be an issue.  We have asked the Tampa Police to provide increased patrols of the streets in our Community during the closure and to take any necessary action to ensure safe passage for Emergency response Vehicles and other through traffic.
