Non-Electoral Signs, Signs promoting Businesses, area Events or other non-Community sponsored activities are strictly prohibited

Signs found in Common Areas will be removed and disposed of, Homeowners displaying signs in individual Property areas will receive written notification to remove immediately.
Electoral signs ARE permitted on Individual Property but are NOT allowed in Common Areas.
