Richmond Place employs a professional property management company whose responsibilities include assisting the Board of Directors with:
- The development of an annual budget,
- The collection of assessments,
- The planning, notice of and conduct of its meetings,
- Accounting, bookkeeping, records retention and preparation of tax returns and other required reports and filings,
- The administration of its contracts with service providers and vendors,
- Monitoring the subdivision for Covenant and Guideline compliance,
- The collection of relevant information, and
- The distribution of information to POA members
