Richmond Place employs a professional property management company whose responsibilities include assisting the Board of Directors with:
  1. The development of an annual budget
  2. The collection of assessments
  3. The planning, notice of and conduct of its meetings
  4. Accounting, bookkeeping, records retention and preparation of tax returns and other required reports and filings
  5. The administration of its contracts with service providers and vendors
  6. Monitoring the subdivision for Covenant and Guideline compliance
  7. The collection of relevant information
  8. The distribution of information to POA members
