WHAT THE RICHMOND PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS BOARD OF DIRECTORS DOES
 
Richmond Place is a deed restricted community. The Property Owners Association Board ("POA Board") administers, interprets and enforces the protective covenants, conditions, and restrictions designed to maintain the integrity, property values and beauty of Richmond Place. To this end, the POA Board has the power and duty to budget, collect and disburse annual assessments and to make decisions in compliance with our governing documents.

WHAT THE BOARD DOES NOT DO
 
The POA Board has neither the authority nor jurisdiction to:
  1. Enforce, or in any way interfere with, issues not specifically addressed in the Covenants and Guidelines
  2. Mediate disputes among neighbors
  3. Amend the Covenants and Guidelines without a vote of the majority of members
  4. Enforce animal or wildlife controls
  5. Maintain private property, including sidewalks, easements or shorelines adjacent to private lots

Board Meetings
The Board of Directors usually meets at the Enclave Apartments, but due to COVID, the Board has been holding Zoom meetings. Notice for meetings is provided through an email from our Property Management Company (if you're not receiving emails, please signup for an account at: https://home.cincwebaxis.com/). Notice is also posted on this website, NextDoor and our Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/RichmondPlaceTampa/).
 
You are encouraged to attend the meetings to address concerns and hear about issues that affect our Community. It's also important to attend the CDD meetings, which are held at the West Meadows Club House (https://www.tpostcdd.com/meetings)
