Property Improvements
Posted on Feb 26th, 2021
It’s Spring cleaning time, so please look at your property for possible improvements. Pressure washing (home, driveway, sidewalks, fences), visible garbage cans, tree trimming, and broken/old fences are the majority of the violations within our community.
Now’s the time to clean the moss from trees, plant flowers or bushes in bare front gardens and pressure wash. The ARC has established approved paint and stain colors for fences, but please remember that ALL exterior modifications (in both the front and back yard), need approval before proceeding with the project (eg. repainting the house, painting the fence, adding a new roof etc). If you do not submit an ARC application, and do not get approval prior to starting your modification, you may be required to remove or revise the modification at your expense.
Thank you for helping keep our community beautiful!

New paint colors for homes! The ARC has updated the approved color schemes by adding new schemes and including additional door colors. As always, ARC approval is necessary before painting and roof color will be taken into consideration for approval.
