New House Paint Colors

New paint colors for homes! The ARC has updated the approved color schemes by adding new schemes and including additional door colors. As always, ARC approval is necessary before painting and roof color will be taken into consideration for approval.
The list of schemes is on this web site (Documents>Approved Home Paint Color Schemes). The binder with all the color schemes is available at the Sherwin Williams store (17331 Dona Michelle Dr).

One of the Services offered by Home Encounter provides our Home Owners the ability to Pay Annual Assessments online via Credit/Debit Cards or e-check/ACH, you may also pay via mail as well. To do so you will need access the online Resident Portal at: https://home.cincweb.com You can pay dues, access Documents, By-Laws, ARC Information etc via this web site
Pool Card-Key System
The Richmond Place Pool will not be staffed by an Attendant; however, the facility is monitored daily by staff from West Meadows.
If you need a card-key for the gate, please go the West Meadows Club House with your ID. For those who rent, you will need to show a lease agreement
* If you return the old key, you will be reimbursed $15; HOWEVER, if you use the Tennis courts, please keep the key as the courts are only accessible with the old key
* The card-key is also a picture ID that you will need to have on you when you use the Richmond Place Pool and Park. Children 12 and older can also get a picture card-key
* You will be required to complete a form when receiving your new card-key. Please ignore the “Guest Fees” section. Fees are not applicable to the Richmond Place community
